Each 30g serving (about 5 sticks) provides 140 kcal, 5g fat (including 3g saturated fat), 22g carbohydrates (of which 11g are sugars), 1g protein, and 31mg sodium. Per 100g, this equals 1950kJ (465 kcal), 14.9g fat (9.9g saturates), 74.9g carbohydrates (44.2g sugars), and 103mg sodium.
