1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK. Delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. 

2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. 

3. Can I customise my bundle?
At the moment, our bundles are pre-curated, but we plan to offer customization in the future. For special requests, contact us directly. 

4. Do you sell individual items?
We focus on curated bundles. However, some popular items may be available for individual purchase—please check our website.

5. What if my order is damaged or missing an item?
Please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund. 

6. Are your products suitable for people with allergies?
Always check the ingredient list on the packaging. While we do not directly handle food, our products may contain allergens such as nuts, soy, or gluten. 

7. Do you offer subscriptions?
Subscriptions are optional. You can choose to receive bundles monthly or make one-time purchases. 

8. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this to monitor delivery progress. 

9. Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we only deliver within the UK. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
