🚚 Delivery Policy

At East Crate Express, we aim to deliver your favourite Asian groceries quickly and reliably. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Please read our delivery information below before placing your order.

📦 Delivery Fees

Up to 10kg	£4.99	Free delivery on orders over £70 + 4.99 extra over 30kg
10–20kg	£8.99	Covers heavy items (e.g. 10kg–20kg rice bags)
20–30kg	£12.99	Bulk orders, sent in multiple parcels
Over 30kg	£12.99 + £4.99 per extra 10kg	Orders split into multiple parcels; extra charges may apply

⏱️ Delivery Times

- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days after order will be fulfilled.

We will send you tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

⚖️ Heavy Orders & Rice Bags

For large items such as 10kg–20kg rice bags, or orders exceeding 30kg, additional courier charges apply. Orders over 30kg may need to be split into multiple parcels.

❌ Restrictions

- Delivery is available to UK mainland only (England, Wales, Scotland).
- We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or Scottish Highlands/Islands.
- Orders may be cancelled or adjusted if delivery costs exceed standard charges (we will always contact you first).

ℹ️ Additional Information

• All deliveries are tracked and insured.
  - Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
  - If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave a calling card or attempt redelivery.
• Products stored and fulfilled from our secured East London facility.
• No physical store.
