🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

At East Crate Express, your satisfaction is important to us. If you have an issue with your order, please read our returns and refund terms below.

Returns

- Perishable food items cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
- Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

- We do not accept returns of items ordered in error or change of mind (due to food safety regulations.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

Refunds

- Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
