Ingredients are Wheat flour, sugar, starch, vegetable oil (palm and/or coconut), skim milk powder, salt, artificial colours (Tartrazine [E102] and Brilliant Blue FCF [E133]), artificial flavour, cream filling (sugar, vegetable fat [palm and/or coconut], milk powder [full cream milk, buttermilk, whey powder], artificial flavours, salt), and soya lecithin (E322) as an emulsifier. Each 30g serving (around 5 sticks) provides 586 kJ (139 kcal) of energy, 4.9g of fat (including 2.4g saturated fat), 22.5g of carbohydrates (of which 12.9g are sugars), 1.3g of protein, and 39mg of sodium. Per 100g, that equals 1950kJ (465kcal), 16.4g fat (8.1g saturates), 75g carbohydrates (43g sugars), 4.1g protein, and 131mg sodium.
